Spatial Data Consultants, Inc. (SDC, Inc.), based in High Point, NC, is a full service professional organization specializing in offering a broad variety of photogrammetric, cadastral, image base mapping, CAD and GIS related services. Founded in 1996, SDC, Inc., was established with the goal of satisfying the unique and specific requirements of each potential client, stressing not only quality in planning and products, but sound management and consulting. SDC, Inc., is a rapidly growing venture that currently operates with a staff of 11 personnel, all of which are experienced industry professionals or technicians. SDC, Inc., is strongly committed to providing quality photogrammetry and other related services. This is supported by our extensive investment in state of the art hardware and software solutions used to provide our client base with data of the highest accuracy and integrity. We strive to continue to maintain a current or leading edge level of knowledge of our industry practices and techniques by promoting continuing education and training programs. Such attention to our project team members, equipment and practices enables SDC, Inc., to successfully manage large complex projects, while still providing intimate and personal service to each of our clients.

Professional Qualification

SDC, Inc., has over 150 years a combined individual experience with qualified personnel having the necessary credentials, professional certifications and registrations, experience, training and education needed to provide the services required. Also, all of our sub-contractors to be used in this contract possess the necessary credentials, professional certifications and registrations, experience, training and education needed to provide the services required for this contract.

Specialized Experience and Technical Competence

Since our incorporation in 1996, SDC, Inc., has earned a reputation based on our experience in conventional large and small scale photogrammetric production in support of engineering design, facilities management, and regional planning. Our client base is primarily made up of local State, County and City Governments and Agencies and private businesses engaged in the practices of Architecture, Engineering, Land Planning, and Land Surveying. Also, we have made good teaming partners and friends with many of the larger firms in our industry. It is our goal to bring these experiences and technical skills to bear for our current and future clients in an effort to assist them in their endeavors.

SDC, Inc., has the hardware, software solutions, experience and specialized technical skill, for the production of photogrammetric products for large and small scale mapping project. SDC, Inc., has a great deal of experience in ground control planning and acquisition for photogrammetric products and services (including the integration and use of EDM, levels, transit systems, GPS, and airborne Global Positioning Systems). These are the primary tools available to small businesses, such as ours, for use in our daily production of our products and services.

SDC, Inc., has the ability to provide digital data in many formats (including but not limited to): AutoCAD, ArcInfo, ArcView, DGL-3, MIPS, MicroStation, Autometric's KORK, ERMapper, Spectra Precision’s TerraModel and more. Also, we have the ability to provide these digital data sets on 3.5 diskettes, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, 8MM Tape, TRAVAN Tape, and/or through the Internet.
